Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Ordering/Payment: Opening order minimum $150; re-order minimum $75. To order, contact us at ohhey@twolittlefruits.com. Payment is required before shipping, either with a credit card, PayPal, or check.

Delivery: Orders typically ship within 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please add 1 - 2 weeks turnaround during high volume times, such as the holiday season, so order early!

Packing and Shipping: We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, with shipping costs calculated by weight and size at checkout. Free Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $300

• Applies to orders shipping within the Continental U.S. only.

• This offer does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

For Resale Only: All products are to be purchased for resale only. Our products must be sold in their original packaging and must not be altered or modified in any way. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of your company. Products may not be sold at third party events or sold on third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon or Etsy. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement.

Returns: All sales are final.

Defects/Shipping Damages: We will replace most defective merchandise for an identical item or issue a credit. All damaged items must be reported within five days of receipt of order so we can arrange accommodations. Please contact us before returning any products. All wholesale orders will be shipped with proper insurance; we are not responsible for the shipping carrier’s damages. Two Little Fruits is not responsible or liable for damages incurred during shipping. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim with the carrier.

Exclusivity: Two Little Fruits strives to be sensitive to and aware of each retailer’s shopping territory, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity. Please check our online listing of retailers to see if Two Little Fruits is represented in your city/zip code.

Agreement of Terms: By placing an order with Two Little Fruits, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time, and you will be notified of such. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason
